Championship Basketball Game Halftime Performance

On Monday March 25th 2019, the UTSC Cheerleading Team performed and cheered on the sidelines at the UTSC VS UTSG (Woodsworth College) Men’s Intramural Championship Basketball game. The game was a close one but ultimately we are proud to say that UTSC took the victory for another year!

The championship game is the event of the year that not only the UTSC Basketball team works hard to get to but also the UTSC Cheerleaders work for many months to choreograph and practice our halftime routine.

Our halftime routine is a chance for us to showcase the growth of our skills not only individually but as a team! We worked, sweat, breathed and spent many hours every week practicing our routine and our hard work really paid off! The championship game is something we look forward to the whole year! For some, the championship game is their final farewell to the team and their last performance as graduating members! It is a chance for us to bond with each other and to celebrate the hard work we’ve done all year!

After all of the late nights and extra hours of practice, our halftime performance was a success! Congrats goes out to the UTSC Men's Intramural Basketball team for bringing home another win for UTSC as well as to the UTSC Cheerleading team for rocking yet another performance!
